Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Yoshel Global, we strive to deliver premium, results-oriented services. Our Sales-as-a-Service model and related solutions are customized to each client’s business needs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments, cancellations, or refunds may be considered.
1. Service-Based Engagement
Our services are provided under tailored agreements or contracts with each client. Since we invest significant time, resources, and expertise from the very beginning, all payments made to Yoshel Global are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
2. Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice to Yoshel Global.
Any fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable, but clients will not be charged for services not yet commenced.
If the client cancels after services have begun, Yoshel Global reserves the right to retain payments for work already completed.
3. Cancellation by Yoshel Global
Yoshel Global reserves the right to suspend or cancel services in the event of:
Breach of contract by the client.
Misuse of services for illegal or unethical activities.
Non-payment of agreed fees.
In such cases, any refunds will be handled at Yoshel Global’s sole discretion.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if explicitly stated in a client’s service agreement.
No refunds will be issued for completed services, partial services delivered, or in-progress work.
In exceptional cases (such as technical errors or duplicate payments), Yoshel Global may issue refunds after verification.
5. Commission & Trade Transactions
In trade facilitation and buyer-seller introductions, Yoshel Global operates on a commission or fee-based model. These payments are non-refundable once the buyer-seller connection has been established or services have been delivered as agreed.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be addressed in good faith between Yoshel Global and the client. If unresolved, the matter will follow the dispute resolution clause in the client’s service agreement.
